Save the Date, Durango style

When Joey contacted me and told me how she envisioned her Save the Date shoot, I was so excited. Her fiance Chip is a fishing guide and they both love fly fishing. The idea was to go out after a Colorado storm and capture the new snow with them by the river doing what they love. We waited and waited for that perfect storm and after a month of no snow, we went for a drive up north to find winter and do our shoot. It was absolutely beautiful and the snow looked pristine. Chip and Joey are an incredible couple and we had so much fun tromping through the snow and capturing their love in a place they felt so at home at.

Thank you both for such an amazing morning. We are so excited for the wedding and to be a part of celebrating such a beautiful time in your lives.

A Winter Wedding

Durango is a pretty special place in the winter and Peter and Juliet made it even more so by planning a beautiful destination wedding. It is not easy to plan a destination wedding yet these two did it so brilliantly that their big day was absolutely perfect. Juliet was the sweetest bride and never seemed anything but completely happy. Mandy with Celebrations did another wonderful job by making sure every detail was just right and it showed throughout the entire day. Their families looked overjoyed as these two started their life together as husband and wife. Friends and family came from all over the country to celebrate the beginning of a wonderful life together.

Thank you all so much for letting us be a part of it. A special thanks to Juliet and Peter for taking us to the top of Molas Pass to capture the breathtaking couple as the sun set high in the Colorado mountains.
